Terms of Service
- I HAVE the right to decline your commission request for personal reasons. Feel free to contact me to see if I am comfortable with drawing certain subjects.
- UNLESS you have paid for the license fee, I own full rights to the artwork
- YOU MUST be 18 years or older to request a commission.
- DO NOT trace or edit the commissioned artwork.
- DO NOT USE the commission for NFT(non-fungible tokens), blockchain, crypto-currency, or A.I image generators and future inventions of these technologies.
Payment
- If payment is less than 500$ I send invoices once the sketch is approved and it must be paid in full within 7 days.
- If payment is more that 500$ I will ask for 50% of the payment upfront, and the remaining 50% after I have completed the commission.
- NO REFUND after the sketch has been approved.ALL PAYMENTS ARE MADE THROUGH PAYPAL
Commission Prices
If you wish to use art for commercial purposes (prints, stickers, book covers, etc.) there will be a licensing fee to obtain full rights.INDIE CREATORS:
there will be an additional 50$ charge for licensing.SMALL BUSINESSES:
the licensing fee is 100$LARGE COMPANIES:

Prices For Book Covers
- Book cover(front only): 150$ (if you want a simple back cover image there will be an additional 50$ charge- Book cover(front, back, spine): 225$- Full dust jacket illustration: 250$For examples please email.
Sketches
Sketches: 15$ per sketch/character
Misc Items
Misc Objects: 30$ per object
Bust/Portrait
Bust/Portrait: 50$ per character
Half Body/ 3/4 body
Half Body/ 3/4 body: 75$ (extra 10$ if illustration has more that 2 people)
Full Body
Full body: 100$ (extra 20$ if illustration has more than 2 people)
NSFW
NSFW does not affect the prices listed above.

Additional Fees
Weapons, vehicles/transport, buildings, armor, and animals(that aren't household pets) will be an extra charge.RUSH FEE:
If the artwork you commissioned needs to be completed within 7 days from the moment you commissioned me, you have to pay DOUBLE the price upfront.
If what you commissioned is too complicated to finish within 7 days or less, I will decline the request.
Will Not Draw
- Mechs/ complicated machinery
- Furry art
- Fantasy/Sci-fi creatures that aren't humanoid
- Horror
- Real people in compromising or sexually suggestive positions
- Real people in situations with explicit gore
- Religious iconography/imagery
- Hate symbols
